Duties and responsibilities include: -Prepare technical scope of work -Collect organize and analyze data -Conduct surveys/interviews -Formulate concepts and alternatives -Develop evaluation studies and analysis -Perform technical studies and analysis -Assess impacts and mitigation measures -Prepare management recommendations and strategies and technical reports and environmental mitigation plans -Respond to technical review comments -Conduct agency coordination -Prepare presentation materials -Organize public and agency meetings -Give public presentations -Provide technical training and proposals -Provide expert testimony -Conduct technical research -Technical risk evaluation -Address and resolve technical issues or problems -Evaluate new methods and applications of technology -Develops/facilitates technical presentations for internal audiences -Assist in preparing proposal and contracts for clients, subconsultants, subcontractors and vendors -Recommend execution of contracts and related documents for clients, subconsultants, subcontractors and vendors Educational Requirements: -Bachelor’s Degree (minimum), Master’s Degree preferred -P.E.
